Privacy notice

This notice explains how PJR Fire Design & Property Services ("we") uses the details you give us.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, what you tell us about the job, and any photos you send. If you become a customer we also keep your address and the quotes, invoices and payments for your job. If you leave a review, we keep your review, name, job or town and (if you give it) your email address. Your email is never shown, and your review only appears on the site if you've said we can show it and we choose to.

Why we use it

To reply to you, visit and quote for the job, do the work, invoice you and keep our business and tax records. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.

Who else handles it

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which stores enquiries, quotes and invoices for us. Our email is provided by Google (Gmail). We keep quotes and invoices for as long as HMRC requires (usually at least 5 years after the tax year), and enquiries that didn't go ahead for up to a year.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing hello@pjrfiredesign.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
